ecoShuttle offers two kinds of shuttle services to the communities of the greater Portland area. We offer an Employee/Student Commuter Service and a Charter/Tour service. Each service provides a driver and a versatile mode of transportation that is both good for the environment and safe for the customer. In return for these amenities, customers will receive a clean alternative to driving and a memorable experience. All of our charter services are geared towards a worry-free experience, with a seasoned driver to shuttle your group to your destination. These customizable events include wine tours, outdoor eco-adventures, weddings, school sporting events, as well as corporate and sporting events. Our Eco-Friendly Journey since 2007
Since our establishment in 2007, we’ve made significant strides to reduce our environmental impact. In the early days, we utilized 99% biodiesel in our first Sprinter van. However, this resulted in maintenance issues and engine damage. We, like many other companies, realized the challenges associated with biodiesel, including the waste oil/fats, methanol, and lye mixture. That’s when we transitioned to a superior fuel option known as Renewable Diesel (R99).
Renewable Diesel is derived from nonpetroleum renewable resources such as animal fats, vegetable oils, and greases. It’s essentially a hydrogenated byproduct of agricultural food and livestock. The key advantage of Renewable Diesel is that it can be used as a primary fuel source without blending, and it exhibits zero performance issues commonly found in biodiesel.

Renewable Diesel
Renewable Diesel (R99) is a remarkable alternative fuel that has gained significant attention over the last decade. We were the first company in the PNW to adopt this fuel into our business as we saw a growing need to change our travel habits for the better of our local community and environment.
